Payment Policies

Home care services are provided and billed by Sunrise Home Care Inc. We bill on a weekly basis, payments are expected to be paid by the following bill date. Invoices will be sent by mail or via e-mail and payments can be made by check and sent to 15 Cooledge Drive, Brewster N.Y. 10509.

 

If we are not currently working with your carrier, our staff will work with you and the insurance provider for reimbursement options.

How can I pay for my bill?

We accept mailed checks and have online invoicing available

 

 

How will I receive my invoice? 

Invoices are sent through e-mail or USPS. Copies of timesheets and checks can be sent as well upon request.

 

 

How much does it cost?

Hourly and 12-hour wages depend on your care plan, please call us today to get an estimate. 

 

 

I'm going on vacation, will I be penalized for not sending in a payment?

You have two weeks to send in a payments as well as sending payments online through our invoicing. 

 

After the two weeks, we will be applying a late fee of 10%. If the payment is later than one month after the sent date, we will contact a collection agency.
